    We are seeking a Network Support Technician to join our Fulfillment Services Team – come be a critical part of the company’s success! The successful candidate will be responsible for calibrating, certifying, upgrading, maintaining, repairing, loading new software and preparing CenTrak’s high-tech and electronic hardware. CenTrak systems are complex on both the hardware and software side; issues can arise at any point within the manufacturing process. The quality of the products to support project implementations is held to the highest of standards as CenTrak’s infrastructure is running processes in top healthcare institutions. The candidate will work to ensure that all upgrades meet the Fulfillment Services Team's satisfaction. Network Support Technicians must be meticulous, diligent, regimented and demonstrate the ability to deliver consistent and thorough work. Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 8:30 am- 5:30 pm, with overtime as necessary. This position reports directly to the Director, Fulfillment Services.


    • Upgrade and update computer programs and software
    • Calibrate and certify Environmental Monitoring products
    • Set up computers and workstations 
    • Assist with preparing and checking orders
    • Ensure product shipments adhere to quality assurance guidelines
    • Responsible for monitoring and reporting quality or functionality issues to the Fulfillment and Engineering teams
    • Follow SOPs and produce thorough and consistent documentation 
    • Analyze data and report results
    • Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Director of Fulfillment Services


    • Associate's Degree in computer science, networking or electronics preferred
    • Ability to work with a variety of hardware and software 
    • 0-3 years of networking skills required 
    • Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once 
    • Physical ability to lift, shift and carry up to 40 pounds as required
    • Physical ability to stand and walk throughout the work day
    • Ability to analyze and logically troubleshoot defective products
    • Must be highly detail-oriented
    • Ability to work independently once trained
    • Superior organizational skills
    • Ability to understand the technical details of the product
