We are seeking a Network Support Technician to join our Fulfillment Services Team – come be a critical part of the company’s success! The successful candidate will be responsible for calibrating, certifying, upgrading, maintaining, repairing, loading new software and preparing CenTrak’s high-tech and electronic hardware. CenTrak systems are complex on both the hardware and software side; issues can arise at any point within the manufacturing process. The quality of the products to support project implementations is held to the highest of standards as CenTrak’s infrastructure is running processes in top healthcare institutions. The candidate will work to ensure that all upgrades meet the Fulfillment Services Team's satisfaction. Network Support Technicians must be meticulous, diligent, regimented and demonstrate the ability to deliver consistent and thorough work. Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 8:30 am- 5:30 pm, with overtime as necessary. This position reports directly to the Director, Fulfillment Services.
