    The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for both planning and purchasing a variety of finished products and materials to support CenTrak’s sales operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate and report on key supply chain and materials management metrics relating to procurement activities with our Asian manufacturing partners to maintain proper inventory levels and support ongoing projects. The Supply Chain Analyst will monitor the scheduled production and serve as primary liaison for subcontractor’s production and CenTrak’s customers expected product deliveries.


    • Maintain a proactive Material Planning function with the objective of providing on time delivery to support demand requirements. Maintain purchased inventory investment and maximize purchasing operating efficiency. Review and maintain min/max and safety stock inventory levels to support changes in production plans and material usage.
    • Drive supply base performance improvement by supporting the development and implementation of strategies to improve delivery, reduce lead times, and effectively manage overall procurement inventory. Ensure performance analysis is completed to support inventory turn objectives.
    • Review and initiate purchases and plan the supply of materials using the accounting module of to support production and development.
    • Ensure review and maintenance of min/max and safety stock inventory levels to support changes in production plans and material usage.
    • Monitor changes, modifications, and technological advances that affect the purchasing of goods and services. Work on Bill Of Materials (B.O.M.) to establish and monitor standard costing of  raw materials and assemblies. Coordinate phase in and phase out of materials to Operations to minimize obsolescence.
    • Support new product development, coordinate scheduling and ramp-up of new product releases. Track and execute strategies for cost reduction.
    • Negotiate price, terms and conditions with suppliers and participate in supplier selection.
    • Conduct periodic review of reports that summarize progress in supply chain objectives and metrics.
    • Interface with other management to identify, communicate and resolve planning related problems.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Scientific, or Accounting fields
    • Ability to balance multiple priorities. Outstanding cross-functional skills.
    • Proficient working with MS Office Suite
    • Working knowledge of the supply chain
    • Self-starter, with strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and orientation towards results.
    • Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills
    • Working knowledge of software and hardware development processes. Understands components.
    • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies. Proven track record for solid and rapid decision making
    • Able to interpret and disseminate information. Able to prepare basic reports and use of the appropriate mode of communication. Comfortable with technology and the use of standard office programs and networks. Customer / Client service orientation. Driven to meet or exceed
