    We are seeking a Director, PMO to oversee a team of Project Leaders and Project Managers responsible for executing strategic projects in some of the most prestigious medical institutions in the world. The successful candidate will provide support and coaching to team members as they evaluate, execute, and finalize each project. To be effective in this role, the Director, PMO will need to build strong relationships with other leaders in the organization and continuously expand his/her own knowledge of our expanding product lines. The quality of the Project Implementations is held to the highest of standards as CenTrak’s infrastructure is running processes in top healthcare institutions that require a high degree of quality 24/7. This role will report directly to the COO.


    • Oversee both enterprise-wide and small, proprietary technology infrastructure implementation and installation with world-leading institutions
    • Manage both internal and external teams to include Project Managers from hospitals and other technology-implementation companies such as HP, EPIC, CISCO and Aruba
    • Provide support and coaching to team members while they evaluate, implement and execute each project
    • Build strong relationships with other leaders within the organization and expand business knowledge of our product line
    • Spend a percent of time managing your own set of projects (likely less than 25% of the time)
    • Provide direction, leadership and mentoring to PMO staff members to include: assignment of project work, and project status reviews
    • Establish measurable team and individual objectives that are aligned with CenTrak and our organizational goals
    • Ensure that the staff has resources, skillsets and tools necessary to accomplish our mission by identifying ongoing educational and training opportunities
    • Ensure project outcomes meet or exceed expectations in terms of scope, timeliness and quality by conducting close-out project evaluations
    • Serve as a subject matter expert within the organization for project management knowledge
    • Continuously assess and improve the PMO team functions and processes while enhancing and updating Project Management methodology and tools for the PMO


    • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree a plus)
    • PMP Certified (Project Management Professional) or other related certification
    • 7-10 years of project management experience
    • 2 + Years of PMO (preferred) or other department management experience
    • Must have experience managing hardware/software/technical projects
    • Microsoft Project or other related project management tools
