    We are seeking a Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will support CenTrak’s Real-Time Location Solution (RTLS) suite of products. In this role, you will work closely with both the internal and field sales teams to coordinate internal and external events such as trade shows, webinars and Company events. This is a hands-on position that requires you to be a proactive, self-starter capable of completing projects individually as well as being able to delegate to outside vendors when necessary. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing.


    • Coordinate the design, production, and writing of marketing material
    • Understand our business, marketing materials and business jargon, the unique point of difference and our products / services. Know our target market and what motivates them to buy
    • Maintain and update website content (no programming necessary)
    • Develop and maintain budgets for large internal and external events
    • Coordinate company trade shows, and assist with speaking engagements, white papers and case studies
    • Develop and manages inventory of marketing materials and ensures all are up to date
    • Identify and develop relationships with vendors & suppliers
    • Project management of marketing priorities
    • Develops marketing material project plan and manages associated timelines to completion
    • Assist with the coordination of product videos, email blasts and newsletters
    • Utilize SalesForce to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing materials


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations
    • 3-5 years of marketing/advertising experience is preferred
    • Demonstrates strong listening and problem-solving skills
    • Advanced Excel skills a must
    • Experience with SalesForce a plus
    • Competent writer with strong vocabulary and language skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to think proactively
    • Able to interpret and disseminate information
    • Able to prepare basic reports and use of the appropriate mode of communication
    • Customer / Client service orientation; driven to meet or exceed consumer expectations
