    We are seeking an experienced Product Lead who is passionate about building security solution products that customers love. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to develop products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements and developing marketing strategies and time-integrated plans for product introduction that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.


    • Determine customers' needs and translate it into product or solution requirements
    • Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
    • Obtain product market share by working with the VP of Sales to develop product sales strategies
    • Provide product expert knowledge to support other functional units in the company
    • Interface and collaborate with other functional groups (Sales, PMO, Field Services, Engineering, Supply Chain and Marketing)
    • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts
    • Introduce and market new products through Product Commercialization/Launch Process
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending market tradeshows; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
    • Maintain sustaining issues-tracking with launched products to support minimal field and customer impact


    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
    • Must have 3-6 years progressive experience in security solutions
    • Must have knowledge of patient security systems for Infant Protection, Patient Elopement and/or Behavioral Health in the Healthcare Market
    • Must understand and be able to discuss the clinical workflows that are required to provide patient security
    • Must have the ability to interact with clinical professionals about the aspects of patient security
    • Must have the ability to understand the concepts of product hardware, the installation of security products and implementation of such in healthcare facilities
    • Must have knowledge of the competitive landscape of healthcare security market
    • Must have general understanding of the regulations that govern security systems, such as low voltage, fire protection (NFPA) and Joint Commission
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
    • Must be able to work in the absence of complete information and remain able to make timely, high-quality decisions
    • Must have a strong ability to work in a team environment while possessing the ability to remain focused when working alone on a project
    • Demonstrated experience in product/solution planning
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Ability to actively engage customers to devise products, provide solution planning and issue resolution as the subject matter expert
