    We are seeking a Lead Test Engineer with management experience to be responsible for the development of CenTrak TEST protocols (in collaboration with the development engineers). The Lead Test Engineer will lead a team of other test technicians and work collaboratively to perform integration testing while developing and validating manufacturing tests. The successful candidate will participate in Direct Software and Hardware support to our internal development team in Newtown, PA and our manufacturing operations in China. This position is multidisciplinary in nature and reports directly to the CTO.     • Lead a small team of test technicians to conduct CenTrak product testing
    • Create test protocols for CenTrak products
    • Provide production support by validating CenTrak mass manufacturing Tests




    • Master’s Degree (preferred) in Electrical Engineering or related field
    • Management experience leading teams
    • 5+ years of experience in Integration and manufacturing testing
    • System, software and hardware testing experience
    • Experience building TEST protocols and QA
    • Must be highly detailed oriented
    • Quality debugging (problem solving) skills ‐ both analog and digital circuits
    • Familiar with electronic test instruments
    • Resourceful and innovative
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Familiarity with RF/wireless systems
    • Programming experience is a plus: Matlab, Labview, C/C++
