    CenTrak is seeking a detail oriented, proactive, hands-on Assistant Controller. Reporting to the Controller, this person will be actively involved in the accounting, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, banking, and internal and external financial reporting. The Assistant Controller will also play a significant role in the daily operations and leadership of the Accounting Department.   


    • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
    • Responsible for the General Ledger including reconciliation, recognition of issues, investigation and reporting to Controller/CFO
    • Oversight of cash flow management and forecasting (including A/R and A/P)
    • Assist in all financial audits including the annual audit and other required governance activities;
    • Manage the day to day, monthly, and year-end operations
    • Assist with the implementation of a new ERP system
    • Develop, train, and challenge department members to surpass expectations
    • Special projects as identified


    • 8-10 Years of general accounting experience
    • A mix of work experience in public accounting and private industry preferred;
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration required
    • FP&A experience
      • Budget/Forecasting/Strategic Planning
      • Variance and operational analysis
    • Proficient with Excel – ERP
      • ERP implementation preferred
    • Experience reporting up a level and strong understanding of deadlines and forms
    • Experienced supervising or managing a team
    • Accounts receivable, accountants payable, credit and collections experience preferred
    • Must be articulate and present a professional image as this is a leadership position with contact with both internal and external clients and board members
