    We are seeking a Manager of Organizational Development who will be responsible for partnering with our senior leadership and management teams on the development and delivery of programs focused on driving high performance across our organization. The role will oversee organizational development initiatives aimed at optimizing employee alignment, engagement and performance. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to develop and manage multiple objectives, often simultaneously; and the ability to identify programmatic needs and prioritize tasks and resources to meet goals.

    • Establish trusted relationships with senior leaders to create and revolutionize employee centered programs and initiatives that will help drive our culture, mission, and vision forward.

    • Participate in the design and delivery of an integrated talent management vision and framework to build organizational capacity in support of continued learning and development that ties back to our mission and organizational objectives.

    • Serve as a key communicator between executive team members and all employees to ensure clear and consistent communication and expectations.

    • Provide proactive strategy and guidance directly to employees at all levels of the organization including career development, performance management and employee relations.

    • Partner with managers and employees to assess skill gaps impeding organizational goals and execute related training and development strategies to address high priority needs.

    • Design and develop programs to create a culture of respect and inclusion through training and other diversity awareness activities.


    • Bachelor’s Degree required in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources or related field. Master’s degree a plus.
    • 7-9 years of experience developing and executing employee centered programs and initiatives in a fast paced, high growth environment.
    • Deep understanding of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and coaching.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on multiple projects with a clear focus on execution and results.
    • Excellent business orientation and acumen coupled with strong written and verbal skills with ability to explain complex concepts and processes in simple language.
    • Executive presence with the ability to effectively influence and drive change across all levels in the organization.
