We are seeking a Manager of Organizational Development to partner, advise, and guide our senior leadership and management teams on scaling our high-growth company and organizational design. You will be aligning our people strategy with our business strategy and development programs focused on driving high performance across our organization. This role will report directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will act as an advisor for our leadership, influence the culture, and identify areas of opportunity (e.g. process development and improvement) for scalability, while having the ability to coach, advise, and counsel employees at all levels. The ability to develop and manage multiple objectives, often simultaneously; and the ability to identify systemic needs to meet goals will be instrumental to the success of this position.
