    We are seeking a Manager of Organizational Development to partner, advise, and guide our senior leadership and management teams on scaling our high-growth company and organizational design. You will be aligning our people strategy with our business strategy and development programs focused on driving high performance across our organization. This role will report directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will act as an advisor for our leadership, influence the culture, and identify areas of opportunity (e.g. process development and improvement) for scalability, while having the ability to coach, advise, and counsel employees at all levels. The ability to develop and manage multiple objectives, often simultaneously; and the ability to identify systemic needs to meet goals will be instrumental to the success of this position.


    • Establish trusted relationships with senior leaders to create and revolutionize employee centered programs and initiatives that will drive our culture, mission, and vision.
    • Develop and champion a point of view based on direct observations, past experience and utilization of relevant insights from all levels of the organization that will influence future programs and strategy.
    • Participate in the design and delivery of an integrated talent management vision and framework to build organizational capacity as the business rapidly grows and scales, supported by continued learning and development aligned to the mission and organizational objectives.
    • Partner with managers and employees to proactively assess skill gaps impeding organizational and individual employee goals and execute training and development strategies that tie back to career development and performance management to address high priority needs.


    • Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree a plus.
    • 7-9 years of experience developing and executing employee centered programs and initiatives in a fast paced, high growth environment.
    • Deep understanding of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and coaching.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on multiple projects with a clear focus on execution and results.
    • Excellent business orientation and acumen coupled with strong written and verbal skills with ability to explain complex concepts and processes in simple language.
    • Executive presence with the ability to effectively influence and drive change across all levels in the organization.
