    CenTrak is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join our Fulfillment Services team. The successful candidate will be tasked to test both Beta and regular product upon receipt from our manufacturing site in the Far East and validate the accuracy, reliability and conformance of said products to the established quality standards. Our systems are complex on both the hardware and software side; issues can arise at any point within the manufacturing process. The quality of the products to support project implementations is held to the highest of standards as CenTrak’s infrastructure is running processes in top healthcare institutions. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance that issues are found and resolved prior to product shipment to the customer – we strive for 0-defect rate. QA Technicians must be meticulous, diligent and demonstrate the ability to deliver consistent and thorough work. This role reports directly to the Director, Fulfillment Services.

    • Incoming inspection of Beta and finished goods to ensure they conform to product specifications
    • Perform electrical, RF, mechanical and visual tests on our hardware
    • Serve as a liaison between our Fulfillment Services department and offshore manufacturing and product development teams
    • Monitor and report quality or functionality issues to the Fulfillment and Engineering teams
    • Follow SOPs and produce thorough and consistent documentation for all product test cases
    • Analyze data and report results
    • Perform all other related duties as assigned



    • Associate’s degree preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience testing and using software or hardware preferred
    • Strong knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of MS Office programs required
    • Must be highly detail oriented
    • Ability to work independently
    • Superior organizational skills
    • Ability to understand the technical details of the product
