    We are seeking an individual to join our Fulfillment Services Team as a Product Support Associate. This person will be responsible for upgrading, calibrating, certifying CenTrak's hardware. The candidate will work to ensure that all upgrades meet the Fulfillment Services Team's satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, diligent and regimented, and demonstrate the ability to deliver consistent and thorough work. The Product Support Associate will report to the Supervisor of Fulfillment Services in our Newtown, PA location. 


    • Calibrate and Certify of Environmental Monitoring products
    • Upgrading and updating firmware of CenTrak products.
    • Assisting with preparing
    • Ensure product shipments adhere to quality assurance guidelines.
    • Responsible for monitoring and reporting quality or functionality issues to the fulfillment and engineering team.
    • Follow SOPs and produce thorough and consistent documentation
    • Analyze data and report results.
    • Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Manager of Fulfillment Services.
    • General shipping and receiving tasks



    • Associate's Degree in electronics.
    • Experience with electronic FW upgrade or calibration and certification of electronic devices.
    • Ability to work with a variety of hardware and software
    • Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
    • Demonstrate basic knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Physical ability to life, shift, and carry up to 40 pounds as required.
    • Physical ability to stand and walk throughout the work day.
    • Ability to analyze and logically troubleshoot defective product.
    • Must be highly detail oriented.
    • Ability to work independently once trained.
    • Superior organizational skills.
    • Ability to understand the technical details of the product.
    • RF knowledge is preferred
    • Experience with RFID products is preferred
    • Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 8:30 am- 5:30 pm, with overtime as necessary.  
    • All offers will be contingent on successful completion of a drug screen and background check
