    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our fulfillment services team. You must be customer focused, able to follow and develop processes and willing to take on additional duties. You will be the direct link between us and our very important customer and partner. You will be communicating with our customers regarding product shipments and troubleshooting either the issues with shipments or the products. You will create reports and analyze customer/site information which might lead to issuing return authorizations. This is NOT a high volume customer transaction but rather details product resolution position. In this position as a Customer Support Specialist, CenTrak aspires that you exceed all customer interactions and requests.

    • Coordinating RMA's by interacting and responding to equipment returns 
    • Handle the day-to-day RMA Receiving activities 
    • Communicate with customers to provide RMA status
    • Perform final quality assurance review prior to shipment 
    • Resolve receiving and shipping problems and questions 
    • Maintain reporting/record keeping for inventory as needed.
    • Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
    • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager of Fulfillment Services.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrate basic knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office suite

    • Ability to analyze and logically troubleshoot defective product.

    • Can follow direction and is eager to learn.

    • Has operated under direct supervision and management to accomplish objectives.

    • High school diploma or equivalent; or industry related experience and/or training.

    • Must be detailed oriented and have good organizational skills.

    • Have the ability to be a team player working and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

    • Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 8:30 am- 5:30 pm, with overtime as necessary.
