Responsibilities

MISSION:

CenTrak is seeking a Project Coordinator, responsible for supporting the CTO and Engineering Team. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment, coordinating with a cross-functional team. The person filling this position must be pro-active and possess a desire to succeed in a challenging environment. Strong organizational, administrative, and coordination skills are essential.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsibilities include supporting the CTO and Engineering team with administrative tasks which include coordinating and scheduling meetings, reviewing and editing start up documents; reading and understanding project protocol documents; editing project presentations; participating in meetings, conference calls, and training calls.
  • Spearhead meeting coordination and ensure that all meeting logistics and needs are met including preparation of agendas, minutes, and required materials.
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling for the Engineering Department.
  • Responsible for coordinating the department’s travel needs including scheduling hotel and flight accommodations.
  • Track daily attendance for the engineering team, keeping accurate and organized records.
  • General purchasing tasks as well as tracking and organizing departmental paperwork.
  • Accurately process and catalogue hardware samples.
  • Requesting, tracking, and returning items from inventory. Ability to build an implement a process around inventory.
  • Daily communication with internal CenTrak departments to locate borrowed products and hardware.
  • Administrative duties for new team members
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the team.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. (Recent graduates with strong academic and internship experiences encouraged to apply).
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities. Outstanding cross-functional management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of computer and technology skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-starter, with strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and orientation towards results.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills are a must.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Proven track record for solid and rapid decision making.
  • Experience booking travel including flights and hotels.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to be agile and pivot as needed.
  • Ability to interpret and disseminate information.
