    This position requires a background in engineering technologies and both a detail oriented and long term creative planning capacity. The position reports directly to the CTO. As a member of the team, you will architect new products and design and develop improvements for our existing products. You will support product development, i.e. hardware design, validation, prototype construction, feasibility and test.



    • M.S. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering plus one year of progressive experience with wireless networking/RTLS
    • Would also accept a Bachelor of Science plus three years of experience
    • Experience designing analog and digital RF circuits and micro-controllers
    • Experience configuring routers, switches, and firewalls
    • Experience using Ethernet, wireless and internet protocols, infra-red and low-frequency technology
    • Experience using embedded programming, programming in C/C++
    • Experience using wireless testing instruments
    • Self-starter who can follow direction and is eager to learn
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
    • Ability to work in teams and delegate work required
    • Ability to prioritize multiple activities
