We are seeking an individual to join our fulfillment services team. This person will be responsible for supporting the assembly, packaging and shipping of our product.


Position Responsibilities and Specifications:

  • Assist with product inventory, receiving, handling, storage, inspection, preparation, and shipping.
  • Responsible for compiling and assembling hardware to be deployed at healthcare facilities.
  • Maintain reporting/record keeping for inventory as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety rules, policies, procedures.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager of Fulfillment Services.


  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Physical ability to lift, shift, carry up to 40 pounds as required.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk throughout the work day.
  • Familiarity with basic power and hand tools.
  • Ability to analyze and logically troubleshoot defective product.
  • Can follow direction and is eager to learn.
  • Has operated under direct supervision and management to accomplish objectives.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; or industry related experience and/or training.

Additional Information:

  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 8:30 am- 5:30 pm, with overtime as necessary.  
  • This is a contract to hire position, eligible for review to evaluate permanent employment after 90 days.
  • All offers will be contingent on successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
