Responsibilities

The QA Tester will be responsible for managing and performing tests on our hardware to validate the accuracy, reliability and conformance to the established quality standards. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, diligent and regimented, and demonstrate the ability to deliver consistent and thorough work.  The QA Tester will report to the Manager of Fulfillment Services in our Newtown, PA location.

  • Ensure product shipments adhere to quality assurance guidelines.
  • Serve as a liaison between our fulfillment services department and offshore manufacturing and product development teams.
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting quality or functionality issues to the fulfillment and engineering team.
  • Perform electrical and visual tests on our hardware.
  • Follow SOPs and produce thorough and consistent documentation for all product test cases.
  • Analyze data and report results.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Manager of Fulfillment Services.

Qualifications

Experience and Education:

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience testing and using software or hardware preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of MS Office programs required.

 Foundational Skills and Core Competencies:

  • Must be highly detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently once trained.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand the technical details of the product.
